Welcome to Vysio. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vysio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Description of Service

Vysio is a native developer tool designed for iPadOS. It provides a client wrapper and dashboard to connect to remote workspaces (e.g. GitHub Codespaces, code-server, Gitpod). Vysio does not provide remote server hosting, and you must maintain your own accounts with these cloud services.

3. Security & Credentials

Your access tokens and credentials are encrypted and stored locally in the iOS Keychain. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and cloud developer credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vysio is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for server downtime, data loss, repository corruption, or any indirect damages resulting from connection drops or third-party service failures.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
